Clicking on scrollbar doesn''t page up/down

When you click on the scrollbar in the chatroom chat window, it only moves up or down by a couple lines, rather than a full page.

Thanks for the bug report. I’'ve filed SPARK-299 to get this fixed in the 2.0 timeframe.
