gostaria de saber se existe algum programa para executar os logs que gera de todas as conversas do chat do spark.
sei que da para ver os logs no bloco de notas, mas minha supervisora gostaria de ver de uma forma mais fácil, para que ela entenda.
existe algum programa que vocês poderia me indicar?

There is no program to see those logs conveniently. Well, you can copy those logs to your transcripts folder and rename them as one of your contacts and then open one of your contacts in Spark and read them this way. But that’s not a very convenient way either.
O plugin Monitoring Service não serve?
Através dele vc consegue gerar o histórico de conversa em arquivo pdf.
I think he wants to read the already collected history (local in Spark). So using Monitoring Service will only help with future logs, not with the current ones.
