We use Spark basically only for the conference chatting - however, we have a couple dozen chat channels setup that users connect to. Occasionally, when Spark loads, there isn’t a Conferences tab at the bottom. Users can still go to Actions > Join Conference, but this only shows the conferences that have been bookmarked.
Has anyone noticed this? The only way around it is to completely exit the Spark application and reload it.
I’ve seen this happen in Spark 2.5.8 when a large roster takes too long to load on a slow network. The roster hangs and the conference rooms don’t get loaded either.
It sounds like you might not be using the regular contact list though?
I’m not sure about Spark 2.6.3 or if there is another solution, but giving uses instructions to exit Spark and reload it might be the simplest thing to tell your users.

This should show all visible rooms, not just bookmarked ones.
