Hi everyone,
New here. Trying to install OpenFire on a VPS Centos box and I’m getting stuck at the database section. I select MySQL and nothing seems to work as far as params. I keep getting this message:
A connection to the database could not be made. View the error message by opening the “/logs/error.log” log file, then go back to fix the problem.
At this point I’m just wanting to hire someone to do this. If there is someone here that has experience with setting this up on a centos box then please let me know. I need to get this installed fairly quickly. Please have experience with ssh command line because I feel you’re going to need to make changes there to get this to work.
