After login, the MSN icon on spark still gray, and didnt respond to “sign in”. I take a look on server debug log and found this:

We are using Openfire 3.5.2 with a MySQL database on Suse Linux 64, Spark 2.5.8 and IM Gateway 1.2.3. The question is: this is a plugin issue or some missconfiguration?
