anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

for me it looks like that workgroup.softwareassociates.nu and softwareassociates.nu do not resolve to the same ip address, so the server tries create a s2s connection. Can you verify that the server does resolve both names to its IP address?

IT did not have the same IP addresses, I have made all IP addresses the same.

Still the same problem! could it be anything else?

thanks for the help guys

Hi Jenkinsp,

Take a look at Group Chat | Room Creation Permissions and make sure that it allows for anyone to create a room. It looks like the room is not being created correctly.

Cheers,

Derek

Hi dude,

try to check if you have the same definition of server name and domain from Wildfire server config to the chat-settings.xml. seems that they dont resolve. chat-settings.xml can be found in /bin/wildfire/plugins/webchat/WEB-INF…hope this will help. God bless!

regards

We solved a similar problem by removing the Administrators on the Group Chat tab. We are not sure why this fixed it for us, but, maybe it is something that you can look at to see if it fixes it for you.

Thad

Thank you!! We have been pulling our hair out trying to make FastPath work. Removing Group Chat Admins solved it.

We’'re runnning:

Wildfire Enterprise 3.2.2

FastPath Webchat 3.2.2

Spark 2.0.8

Hope this helps someone else as well.
