Conserve/InVerse missing icons

Currently running OF 4.3.2 with Inverse 4.1.0 R1.

I am trying to embed inverse onto one of my apache web pages. I have created the following converse.html

<!doctype html>
<html class="no-js" lang="en">
<head>
    <meta charset="utf-8"/>
    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"/>
    <title>inVerse</title>
    <link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/ico" href="https://messenger.domain.net:7443/inverse/inverse/css/images/favicon.ico"/>
    <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" media="screen" href="https://messenger.domain.net:7443/inverse/inverse/css/converse.min.css" />
    <script src="https://messenger.domain.net:7443/inverse/inverse/dist/converse.min.js"></script>
</head>
<body class="reset">
<div class="converse-content" style="display:none">
    <div class="inner-content converse-brand row">
        <div class="converse-brand__padding"></div>
        <div class="converse-brand__heading">
            <div class="converse-brand__text"><i class="icon-conversejs"></i>Converse</div>
            <div class="converse-brand__byline">
                brought to you by <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="https://opkode.com">Opkode</a>
            </div>
        </div>
    </div>
</div>
<script>
converse.initialize({
  "auto_away": 300,
  "domain_placeholder": "domain.net",
  "debug": false,
  "notification_icon": "/inverse/inverse/logo/conversejs-filled.svg",
  "view_mode": "overlayed",
  "message_archiving": "always",
  "play_sounds": false,
  "notify_all_room_messages": [],
  "i18n": "en",
  "locked_domain": "domain.net",
  "locales_url": "/inverse/inverse/locale/{{{locale}}}/LC_MESSAGES/converse.json",
  "show_message_load_animation": false,
  "whitelisted_plugins": [
    "converse-singleton",
    "converse-inverse"
  ],
  "message_carbons": true,
  "blacklisted_plugins": [
    "converse-minimize",
    "converse-dragresize"
  ],
  "allow_registration": false,
  "sounds_path": "/inverse/inverse/sounds/",
  "bosh_service_url": "https://messenger.domain.net:7443/http-bind/",
  "auto_reconnect": true,
  "roster_groups": true
}
);
</script>
</body>
</html>

and have added the following line

require_once(“inverse.html”);

into the main page. Everything works great except for the icons.

For example, the online/offline icons which should appear as green/red dots are not showing. Same for “logout”, “change chat status” etc. They all appear as blank squares.

NOTE:
if I launch inverse from

https://messenger.domain.net:7443/inverse/ the icons are there!

Any idea on how to fix this?

Renato

Although we bundle Converse in our inVerse plugin, we’re not the maintainers of the Converse project. You’ll have better luck reaching out to them, at https://conversejs.org/#contact

From memory, Converse ships with a number of distributables. Are you sure you downloadedn & deployed all of them? Perhaps the icons are simply missing?

Guus
Thanks for the replay. Actually I am not using the conversejs distribution. I am only using your plugin, the inVerse 4.1.0 Release 1 which is currently deployed under:

/opt/openfire/plugins/inverse/

Hope this clarifies the issue.
