Hi,
I’ve implemented Openfire 3.7.1 and Spark 2.6.3.
I’ve corrected the AD field mapping as per instructions found here.
So now I have all my users/contacts showing up as Last, First which is our standard.
For some reason, on my Spark installation, I have one contact showing up as simply “FirstName” .
Both I and that contact were early users of the environment.
Other users see this contact in the normal Last, First format.
I’ve tried uninstalling Spark, clearing the install directory and the AppData directory of Spark.
After re-installing I still get the same display.
What is going on here?
How can I correct the display so that this contact shows up in the normal Last, First format?
