Contacts not visible

We implemented a fresh install of openfire 3.7.0 due to performance issues with our old server. The new server is integrated with AD and is configured to add users to the default group of All Employees. Several users upon first login to the new server cannot view see anyone else and only see the “Offline Users” folder. All other users see everyone in the “Unfiled” folder. Also, if you go to the Logs area of the openfire console their are no logs to reference. Any ideas how to start troubleshooting this issue?

Did you enable sharing for the AD group (in Openfire’s Admin Console)?

in the admin console under user/gruops, “enable contact list group sharing” same as wroot says :slight_smile:
