Contacts request is not adding

Hi,

Instead of yahoo messenger we are using Open fire Instant messenger due to our internal security purposes, however, whenever i give request to add my contact to someone, the receive unable to receive my request, by the way,whenever someone gives request to me i can able to accept their request. Kindly any solution for this issue

What clients do you use? Spark? Same versions?

whenever i give request to add my contact to someone, they unable to receive my request and i too face the same issues by the way. In my company all are using this same spark 2.5.4 Software. Everyone face the same issues
