I would like to control the file transfer feature of client application (Spark). Can we limit the size of file to be transfer or can we remove this option for group of users and allow executive group to use it?

What are the protocol/port number used by openfire and spark. which ports we need to open on our firewall to communicate?

Is there any limit of users, if we are using Ms SQL database?
