I’d like to know if its possible to restrict a conversation by groups using the integreted openfire with AD.
There’re many groups in my company and some group users who need to talk only with members inside of an determinated group.
There’re anyway to do this?

it can probably be done with a combination of plugins like the packet filter and the subscription plugin and the use of shared groups. Share the AD groups only to the members of the group and they will show in the roster for those members. Set the subscriptions plugin to reject all requests to add users to rosters. This will prevent notification of the attempt to add a person to a roster. Use the packet filter to block cross group chat.
