Could not route packet in Openfire log

Hi ,

We are using Openfire 4.8.1 for chat functionality. Getting following error in Openfire log
org.jivesoftware.openfire.nio.OfflinePacketDeliverer - Could not route packet

Could you please confirm this is due to XMPP issue or network issue

You’re giving precious little information, which makes it hard to tell. This is logged when a stanza cannot be delivered by the XMPP router, which can have many reasons.
