We just installed Openfire in our environment with Active Dictory integration. It works pretty good but we are having issues with contacts.
In our environment we use AD domain accounts (username) that do not have our name in them. So Joe Smith might have a domain username of X12345. This is where the problem lies in Spark.
If you add a contact, you search for Joe Smith but what is displayed is a list of all the Joe Smiths and their JID, not their name. The JID means nothing to the users. Is there a way to first search by user name and then only display user name in the results, not JID?
