Creating new admins with different levels of access


I have built and configured OpenFire using FreeBSD and hooked it up to our AD system.

I am wondering if it is possible to create Admin accounts with different levels of access within the web GUI?

The main thing that I need to do is stop people looking at the coversation cache. Within the IT department we have 7 people so they all need Admin access but recorded conversations should be restricted to only those who are authorized to access it.

Is this possible and if so how can I do it?
