How can I customize the Spark IM client? I want to do basic things like, Change the logo and remove the connect to server box. Another question is about the GNU license, Can I put the Spark IM download on my site?

Are there any guidelines or how-tos about how to create a custom version of Spark Messenger that can be locked down so that users can’t change or see preferences, and chat history? I need to deploy Spark in a corporate setting.
