I’m using webchat for a consumer to initiate a chat online. Is there a feature in webchat that shows the agent that the consumer is typing. I’m using openfire 3.7. On the agent side i’m using PRPC which is BPM tool. I don’t use spark client.
webchat works with spark desktop client. need to figure out why prpc is not working.
