Hi,

when did this error occur? While Wildfire was running fine, during or after setup?

Did you manually change conf/wildfire.xml?

Is the error you did post the first one in your error log?

LG

Hello!

Yes this is after we ran the install. Now it’'s been doing that every time.

My first post contained the error that is in the WIldfire Window (the system tray light bulb window), then if you click Launch admin to login to the control panel, then go to Logs, under error is where it shows the second one.

Hi,

would you please post your wildfire.xml file without sensitve informations here?

LG

Is there a resolution for this I am getting a similar error as well. They have been there since the server was first installed. I have modified the openfire.xml to make vCards work correctly with AD. I use AD on Openfire 3.3.1 running on windows.

The user it flags does exist though. Its always the same user that causes this error to be thrown. Everything appears to be working fine though. What would be causing this user to throw an error?

Think i fixed it. There was a user and a contact with the same CN. Changed the cn of the contact and all appears to be well now.
