When I am chatting with many persons in the same time Spark opens chat to the same window under own tab. Is it possible to configure chat to open in own window instead of tab? In my opinion tab-method is not very user friendly.

Many would argue with that opinion. Tabbed mode is becoming more popular (Firefox, IE7, Opera, Skype 4, etc.). It is for user to decide what is friendly for him. Personally i was using separate window mode for a long, but after switching to Spark and using it for a couple of years i get used to tabbed mode.
This patch suggested is still in testing stage and has some issues.
