I have a documented issue between a set of users, that user A set a msg user B received it and answered right back. User A did not get the msg for 8 mins. Then there conversation continued with no delay.
When i see the msg in archiving, i see the delay. I had the user show me there spark, and i can see that they replied immediately after
Any ideas?
