OK…I am new to OpenFire. I have 3.7.0 installed with the monitoring pluggin from Jive. I assume that this monitoring pluggin is what is handling the message archiving as well as server stats. I would like to know how I can go in and clear the archived conversations completely (start fresh) or certain ones (for example a VP account).
Any help you can shed on this would be greatly appreciated as I have not found to much out there on the web.
