Digicert & Openfire problems

I have been having issues getting SSL working with digicert wildcard certs.

I tried these instructions http://www.lovelysystems.com/importing-an-existing-ssl-certificate-to-openfire/ but they DONT WORK.

I know countless people have complained about this issue, and there have been countless # of supposed fixes.

Is there one that WORKS?!!! How can it be so difficult to get this SIMPLE function to work.

Any ideas?
