Hello folks!
Is there any way to set Fastpath to not show the “click here to chat” image if every logged in agent has their maximum number of allowed sessions? For example, via the Fastpath configuration, we allow our reps to have 2 chats at a time. If everyone who’s logged in already has 2 chats, we’d rather not have the “click here to chat” image showing up.
