Disable "New Version Available" pop-up

Hey folks,

My users are starting to get the notification that the new version available. To prevent massive questions coming into the Help Desk, can I disable this notification with something in spark.properties, or something else?

CUSTOM_BUILD = true

you will have to do this for every client though

easiest way would be to block access to " http://www.igniterealtime.org/updater/updater "
