Display fullname is spark client contact connected in AD2003

Greetings:

I have ad2003, openfire 3.7.1, spark 2.6.3

Using my spark I can login using the AD account. My concern is, in other spark clients the name that will display in their contacts is sAMAccountName and not the fullName.

ex.

in spark client 1, i login

user: jsmith

in spark client 2, in the contacts it will display as “jsmith” and not “John Smith”

how do you correct this one?
