We are looking at their product now and having some random issues. they are very supportive though which is nice. Just looking to see if anyone has used it before or currently.

We are attempting to work with their XMPP web client. It is a completely thin product. So far we are having mixed results and are not sure if it is a firewall issue or a product issue.
