Hi…
Sorry if i post in wrong room…
I have a openfire runing and work fine with asterisk in my network.
But, i need use fastpath to support my clients.
I install all and works fine… But, if a client access the webchat and requires a new conversation, i receive the pop-up notification in my Spark, i click in “Accept”, but… Nothing to do…
don’t return anything to client and in the Spark, do not doing nothing…
Have any ideas?
Thanks and sorry for my english.
My guess is you are a Group Chat admin. This has been know to cause this error.
Not…
I create a new group named “support” and i’m the only one in this group.
But, my openfire have authentication in ldap directory.
This requires attemption?
I am not refering to the fastpath configuration. If you have any Group chat rooms defined where you are listed as the admin, this could cause the problem. LDAP authentication really has nothing to do with it. You are required to have anonymous login enabled.
I have only one group defined as “support” and i am the only one person in this group.
I have an user not admin for this, and it don’t work.
I realy don’t understand… What i need? Anonymous login has enable in this service.
Thanks for your time with me…
I mean regular group chat rooms. I have added an attached video of what I mean.

OMG…
Todd…
I’ll post some screenshot of my configuration… See this please…
Ahhhh
I remember…
In the tool page of Fastpath tab, the workgroups are not listed… See attached…
Like I said you have a group chat defined with the same user as the owner in (I said admin but meant owner), as the user you defined in your support fastpath. It will not work. The group chat needs a different owner. Or the fastpath needs a different user.
See images openfire2 and openfire4
Ok…
I create an user to test…
See screenshots…
Nothing to do…
wow…
Try rebooting the server, and disable any firewalls.
hehe
Sorry…
But this is not possible in that datacenter…
Aff… Don’t have solution?
I am at a loss then for what would be causing this on your system. For giggles try deleting the group chat room altogether, not the fastpath.
This is the new restart to solve…
I create new workgroup in the Fastpath tab named “fastpath”… This action create a new workgroup in the “Group Chat” tab named “workgroup-fastpath”. In the “Tool” tab at “Fastpath” page, i can’t see anyone of my workgroups.
Then, i enter in the user permissions in the left menu and set “user1” at a owner of this group and “user2” at a member of this group.
In the “fastpath” tab, i set “user2” at a member of the “Default Queue”.
I send a new form and my spark receive this request. I logged in the Spark with “user2”. The i accept this inquires, but don’t work.
Don’t have reply to web form and don’t have any chatrooms in the spark. I list all chatrooms in the Spark and i can see my “workgroup-fastpath”. If i make dual click in this workgroup, i have a reply saying "the room you are trying to enter does not exist".
The error.log in the Openfire folder saying:
