After migrating users from a previous Wildfire server and changing the domain, I’ve noticed that the offline group contains both the current (spark.domain.com) and old (domain.com) entries for every single user… Using the user roster editor I’ve managed to go in and manually remove the old entries, but this is an extremely time consuming process - is there a better way to go about fixing it?
I should qualify that by saying that I’ve fixed some of the duplication, as the only method I’ve seen that makes it possible requires that every duplicate be deleted on each user’s individual roster.

There may be nothing you can do to fix this. YOu can try clearing the caches.
