Enable IRC in Kraken Plugin breaks Start a Conference in Spark

In Openfire 3.7.1 and using Spark client 2.6.3 if you enable IRC gateway, the Spark “Start a Conference” feature is broken - Spark application hangs. Once the IRC gateway is disabled the “Start a Conference” returns to normal and conferences are able to be created.

I commented on this on SPARK-962 (http:\issues.igniterealtime.org\browse\SPARK-962) who indicated that it was the Kraken plugin instead of the Spark client.

Can you look into this?
