Bom dia, infelizmente tivemos que voltar a versão do openfire 4.9.2, pois 5.0.0 está consumindo bastante cpu, e travando meus clientes.
Na versão 4.9.2 está com problema o plugins de serviços de monitoramento.
Tentei instalar a versão: 2.7.0 aparece erro, que aceita somente no openfire 5.0.0.
E na versão 2.6.1 aparece varios erros, segue print em anexo.
As the latest version of the Monitoring plugin already requires Openfire 5.0.0, creating a new version of that plugin that works with older version of Openfire is a lot of work. That effort is better spent on fixing any issues with Openfire 5.0.0.
Mas infelizmente não está funcionando 100% no spark 5.0.0, ontem foi necessário fazer um servidor novo, para ele funcionar.
Não teria essa possibilidade?

Working on an old version of the Monitoring plugin to work with an old version of Openfire simply takes up to much of my available free time to make this worthwhile. It would take away time that I would otherwise be able to spend on things that benefit everyone else. I therefor choose to do such things only under paid support.
Entendi, caso for instalar openfire no servidor, posso instalar por cima da versão antiga, sem mesmo desistala? Iria puxar todas as configurações?

In general, an Openfire upgrade can be performed ‘on top of’ an existing / older version of Openfire. The upgrade should migrate and retain any settings. The upgrade process is described in Openfire: Upgrade Guide
Obviously, it is highly recommended to create backups before you start, so that you can revert to the old version, in case something goes wrong.

Openfire 5.0.0 requires at least Java 17. We are running our tests with Java 17 and 21. There’s no reason to believe that newer versions do not work.
