Error 404

hi I am trying to get webchat going for fastpath, I have fastpath enabled, and have a workgroup setup, but when I go to myip:9090/webchat or myip:7070/webchat I just get a error 404 webpage, how can I fix this?

ok, I updated to openfire 3.8.1 and now webchat doesn’t show up in installed plugins, and I don’t have the tools sub-tab under fastpath anymore, I checked logs and I see the following:
