I’ve installed the sip plugin for spark client and tested the sip phone mapping sucessfully on the openfire server. However the spark client still show Failed to start phone error whenever spark is launched. All the plugins and openfire are the latest version so what could have gone wrong? appreciate if someone can helps. Tks.

I also find out if I do not add the red5 plugin, the sip phone plugin will show up in Spark. Does the two plugins conflict each other?
