I found that Web Chat only works with Spark and I’m used to using PSI as it has voice capabilities.

Can PSI somehow be made to work with web chat?

Or can Spark use voice and video conferencing?

I don’t think PSI can be easily made to work with Fastpath. Spark has built-in voice support, though i’m not using it, it had some issues in the past, maybe has them still. Video is not an option out of the box. You may search forums for Red5 video plugin for Spark.

thanks wroot. I did look up red5 and it seems like it was a media server. I thought it might be an overkill since PSI supports voice quite nicely out of the box. I may just have to continue to use both and later look up at installing red5.
