Fast Path not installing :( Zimbra on same server a problem?

Hi, I just installed the newest Openfire version (3.6.3 at this time) and went to go setup fast path web chat through the admin gui and I get

HTTP ERROR: 500

INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR

RequestURI=/webchat/setup-index.jsp

Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on here?? I’ve been searching for others having the same problem for about 45 mins now. My server is a Ubuntu 8.04 machine.
