Can anyone guide me to what “client” they use as customer support on their websites since for me fastpath must be used with something for developers to give some attention to FastPath.
Thank You

Use fastpath 4.5 beta. It has a built-in web client.

Trying to implement Fastpath queue livechat for our website. The built-in web client doesn’t show any of the chatbot greetings, forms, status,… On the agent side (using Spark) one has to manually start session before getting notification of queue. Do I have configuration wrong?
