Thanks for making such an excellent product, just trying out Fastpath with Openfire and I’m very impressed so far!
A quick question though - Im looking into rolling it out for internal customers only, so I was wondering if it is possible that when someone clicks the button for live chat that it would take the username (and possibly email address) directly from Active Directory, rather than allow them to type in their own username and email? I have already set up Openfire with LDAP and it works fine for Spark usernames, but I’d like it to have the proper AD username when chats are requested through our intranet site too. Is this possible? Ive searched the forums and cant seem to find any solutions!
