Fastpath - no available workgroups

Hi

I installed Fastpath and configured it according to the guidelines. I do see the workgroup in my spark and I also see it as available in the oF Admin Webpages (open 1/3 available), but when I click on “Tools” to switch to jabber.company.com:9090/webchat, i get no workgroups to choose from. I only see the frames and:

List of available workgroups within Fastpath

Click on one of the following workgroups to join.

that’s it, no workgroups, nothing to click on.

Anything I’m missing here?

Install fastpath plugin, create workgroups and restart your server.

I am facing the same problem. I am using this on fedora 8. I have created sevaral workgroups, but when i view the tools page, none of them are listed. I have restarted everything for sevaral time.

for fastpath to work correctly your openfire server needs a fully qualified domain name for the server name, xmpp.domain, site certificates (e.x. chatserver.domain.com). That FQDN must be resolvable from an external DNS.
