Fastpath Queue Start and End Times

Anybody know if there is a way to limit a particular workgroup being online to a set time span? For example we have a helpdesk queue that we only want open from 9 -4. Before 9 or after 4 we would have the workgroup offline so that users clicking on the link get directed to send an email as if the workgroup were offline even if some members are logged in.

Currently the only way to have a queue be off is to have no agents logged in. That is, there is currently no built-in way to have a queue only be enabled for certain hours.
