I have set up fastpath with a workgroup name of test and a queue of test wet when I open tools to see the list of chats I get the blue banner at the top and lines that read
List of available workgroups within Fastpath
Click on one of the following workgroups to join.
no workgroups show up though and im stumped on what to try any suggestions appreciated.
Make sure that under Fastpath > Workgroups Manager > test > Settings you have the Current Status set to open. I believe you also need to have users set up in each workgroup queue.
I now have a image but it says offline and I am logged in through adium as the account set up in the queue but under the admin console it says 0/1 agents
