Occassionally the service will go offline with no apparent cause. When I look at the groups under the Fastpath admin I see sufficient agents online and waiting. Sometimes we can force it to go back online by having an agent log out then back in. Other times I have to restart Openfire. Restarting the Fastpath service itself didn’t seem to resolve the issue. I have set up Nagios to monitor the FastPath service (checks for image size difference between online and offline images) so we at least know when it occurs and can respond.
