Fastpath showing Offline when agents are available

Occassionally the service will go offline with no apparent cause. When I look at the groups under the Fastpath admin I see sufficient agents online and waiting. Sometimes we can force it to go back online by having an agent log out then back in. Other times I have to restart Openfire. Restarting the Fastpath service itself didn’t seem to resolve the issue. I have set up Nagios to monitor the FastPath service (checks for image size difference between online and offline images) so we at least know when it occurs and can respond.

Any thoughts?

Have you found a solution to this? I’m having the same problem only I don’t seem to be able to force it to show online. It was working before I restarted the openfire service.
