I’m using Fastpath for support.
Now, I have one problem: Having multiple support links to different departments. BUT! One supporter should be allowed to be in more than one department (i. e. workgroup). Spark only allows joining one workgroup at a time.
I thought about just having different queues, but with the text filtering that needs to be done I cant be sure what users type.
Like, I want one high priority complaints part, then one that is normal support.
It would be good if I could choose a queue. Or rather have more than one workgroup joined . Though in this case, I’d have more than one muc-room…
How do you people manage this? I can’t decide for a way which is good.
