I am successfully using Openfire 3.6.3 along with fastpath and fastpath webchat.
Two agents (using the same workgroup) consistently get a message when chatting with clients:
“This room is no longer anonymous”
Both agents are members of the same queue. Should I configure seperate queues for each agent, and then set a failover if the first agent does not accept the chat invitation?
I only want the operator who accepts the chat invitation from the webchat visitor to be able to access this room; I am assumed that was the default configuration.
If all else fails, is there a way to edit the language of this notification to something else? (my visitors are very paranoid, and the terms ‘no longer anonymous’ send them into convultions) :^)
