Is it possible to get the conference window to flash when a new message is said?

That feature has been requested before, and I could add something like a preference to blink group chat windows. Any other ideas on how to do this without it getting too crazy.

on the other chat progs’’ ive used they tend to only highlight once and stay highlighted when theres a new message
and only do it when the actually message window is minimized and without focus.
if its just high lighted at least it wont drive us totally mad with flashing-ness heh
