File transfer after few(3) attempts

File transfer not working for the first few(3) attempts. After few attempts file trasfer works fine. Once i logout from jabber session, if i login back again, the same problem again happens(after few faild attempts, i got sucessfull transfer). I am tranfering file from india to Los Angeles via WAN.

Please help me fix this…

Have you tried turning on smack debugging to see what is happening during negotiation?
