File Transfer Problem

–My Senerio

Openfire_3_9_3 installed in Windows 7 professional

Spark_2_6_3 installed in other two Windows 7 professional

When i tried to transfer file from one client to another client it shows a messge

"The User is Offline. Will auto-send “File.txt” when users comes back online…

But both the users are online and able to chat with each other. and both the users are added in contact list of each other

Please help me to solve the problem…

This can also be a firewall or other networking issue as file transfers happen directly between clients and messages are first send to a server and then server sends it to another client. So, you can try disabling firewalls on both clients. Or you can try the latest nightly build of Spark. File transfer has been slightly improved in 2.7.0 branch.

I found out the problem…

The error continues if users are not in a group or till users are not friends,

Its Solved when i added my users in a group.
