File transfer refused error - Packet sent to unreachable address

Hi brothers

I am from Brazil

Use in my network wildfire 2.6.2

Clients in same network with Pandion

and others clients on-line with Pandion too

Tha file transfer in same network work allright

but, file transfer between network and internet clients not work

and the erros in log

“Packet sent to unreachable address”

“File transfer refused”

Somebody help me?
