Fonts support problem

OS: FreeBSD 6.3

Server: Openfire 3.5.2

Client: Spark 2.5.8

Database: mySQL

Users from LDAP (Active Derictory)

Language: Russian

Have a problem with fonts displaying. Language - Russian. All offline masseges are appears like " ??? ???, ??? ??? !!! ". All symbols are replaced with “?”. Contact list - the same. When users named in English - all fine. But if i want to save username in contactlist of spark in Russian it appears with “??? ???” after rebooting. The same situation with chat ruums names. When i reboot my Openfire 3.5.2 - all names, named in Russian appears like “???”. Even Monitoring plugin display’s conversations with no font.

Already solved this problem by installing PostgreSQL 8.3. instead of mySQL. Postgre by default supports non western languages. Now all work’s fine.
