Hi Guys
I installed the email on away plugin, but cant seem to get it working that the chat is forwarded to the user’s mail address whe he/she is offline.
Please assist.

Plugin is called “Email on Away”. Away means Away status in your client, not away as out of office and offline. You have to be away in your client for it to work.
