If I allow a user to use the Kraken/Gateway plugin to connect to their hotmail or yahoo chat account, there’s somethgin that I just cannot get past, which is that it seems that I, as the administrator, have to manually enter their username and password on the server side. Is there a way that they can do this registration on their own?

if they are using spark they can enter their account information by using the appropriate icon from within spark
