We’'re evaluating OpenFire Enterprise and have a couple of persistent group chat rooms configured with logging enabled. I had to restart the server and now none of the history displays for me when I join the chat room. Can that be changed? I need to access the history of this chat room. How do I do that?
We have the same problem.
